We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to strengthen our commercial team and support our growth. If you're passionate about sales, love connecting with people, and want to make a real impact in a tech scale-up — this one's for you. This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start or accelerate your sales career. What’s on your plate:

  • Identify local opportunities by spotting trends and engaging with relevant prospects.
  • Represent Accurat at local events to build relationships and raise brand awareness.
  • Feed the sales pipeline by generating and qualifying leads for our business team.
  • Work closely with our Business Development team, who will take your qualified leads to the next stage of the sales cycle.
  • Handle sales administration, ensuring CRM data is up-to-date and follow-ups are tracked.
  • Work closely with our Marketing team to drive campaigns forward.

What we're looking for:

  • A commercial mindset with a natural flair for connecting with people.
  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • You're curious, proactive, and take ownership of your results.
  • Strong organizational skills – you keep things moving and don’t drop the ball.
  • You're fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
