What's on your plate
Own the product roadmap and help shape the future of Accurat's platform.
- Translate product vision into a clear strategy, roadmap and quarterly priorities.
- Prioritise product initiatives, feature requests and improvement opportunities based on customer value and business impact.
- Lead product discovery by gathering customer feedback, validating ideas and refining product hypotheses.
- Write clear product requirements and ensure initiatives are well documented and development-ready.
- Create product concepts, mock-ups and workflows that guide development and improve user experience.
- Define and maintain design standards to ensure a consistent and intuitive product experience.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data, sales and customer success teams to align priorities and execution.
- Monitor progress of product initiatives and ensure quality, consistency and alignment with the roadmap.
- Evaluate strategic partnerships, integrations and ecosystem opportunities that strengthen the product offering.
- Communicate product decisions, priorities and updates clearly across the organisation.
What we're looking for
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Product Management, Economics, Engineering, Data or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in product management, product ownership, consulting, strategy or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to structure complex projects and priorities.
- A customer-centric mindset and experience validating solutions with users.
- Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Comfortable working with data, reporting and technology-driven products.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear business recommendations.
- A proactive, pragmatic and ownership-driven attitude.
- Fluent in Dutch and English. French or German is a plus.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with SaaS, analytics or data products.
- Familiarity with product design, prototyping or UX principles.
- Experience evaluating integrations, partnerships or product ecosystems.
